Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front line service to premium seating clients and VIPs

• Monitor guest access to exclusive suite levels

• Maintain high standards of service and personal relations

• Respond to inquiries and create memorable guest experiences

• Supply activity reports at the end of each shift

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of customer service experience

• Professional relationship-building skills with guests and VIPs

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 19 years of age

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
