Engage directly with creators, aiding in onboarding and program updates while contributing to Creator Storefronts' development. Gain invaluable experience under the guidance of the Affiliate Performance Manager and play a vital role in a vibrant, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve day-to-day support tickets and improve workflows
• Maintain accurate CRM data and generate reports
• Administer the creator community platform and respond to queries
• Directly communicate with creators for onboarding and updates
• Contribute to feature ideas and testing for Creator Storefronts
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer support or community management
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and take initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
