As part of a growing Customer Success team at 3rdRisk, you'll oversee onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customers derive value from the platform.
Your role also involves refining onboarding processes and templates for consistency in customer interactions. Collaborating with colleagues across Vancouver and Amsterdam, you'll maintain strong relationships through proactive check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews while addressing complex customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live
• Improve onboarding experiences with comprehensive documentation
• Conduct check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Serve as a trusted contact for customer inquiries
• Collaborate with the Amsterdam team for consistent service
Requirements:
• Experience in customer-facing roles like onboarding or account management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starting, process-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate across time zones
• Interest in third-party risk, SaaS, or compliance
