Join Suger as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in Vancouver, where you'll enhance client satisfaction and retention for major cloud marketplace accounts. Focus on building strong customer relationships and implementing solutions.

In this full-cycle hybrid role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to address customer needs while actively identifying upsell opportunities. Your ability to manage complex relationships will be key to driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee account management for enterprise clients

• Lead onboarding and ensure successful implementations

• Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries

• Maintain comprehensive account documentation and reporting

• Create and update knowledge resources for customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Customer Success, preferably in B2B SaaS

• Experience with enterprise customer engagement

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Demonstrated organizational skills

• Strategic thinking to foresee customer needs
