Enhance client experiences as a Customer Success Manager for Optix, a prominent player in the flex space sector. Focus on leading onboarding, nurturing relationships, and driving product adoption in this hybrid role.

In this dynamic position, you will manage a diverse portfolio, guiding clients through their entire journey from initial setup to renewal. You’ll play a vital role in retention strategies and will actively seek expansion opportunities, making use of actionable insights from client interactions. Collaboration with the Product team is essential as you influence improvements based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding calls and drive client milestone completions

• Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients

• Champion proactive retention strategies

• Provide feedback to help shape AI-powered support tools

• Keep accurate records of client interactions in Hub Spot

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a client-facing technology role

• Demonstrated ability to lead tough conversations effectively

• Versatile across the client lifecycle with strong outcomes

• Experience with Hub Spot and AI platforms preferred

• Available for hybrid working and early/late hours
