As a Concert Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the event. This casual and temporary position involves welcoming guests, selling tickets, assisting with seating, and providing overall support to both audience members and staff. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist concert-goers with friendly service

• Process concert tickets and assist with pricing

• Guide audience seating and venue navigation

• Respond to inquiries about the concert program

• Help set up and clean up pre- and post-concert

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and professionalism

• Strong customer-oriented focus and dependability

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable with light physical tasks and standing long hours

• Experience in hospitality or events preferred
