North Part-Time Customer Service Rep

NVRC seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to strengthen our dynamic staff. You will serve customers by providing vital information, processing memberships, and handling payments, ensuring positive interactions. This role values relationship building and responsiveness to community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line customer service in person and over the phone

• Assist customers with program inquiries and registrations

• Process payments and sell day passes and memberships

• Support administrative duties related to customer service

• Maintain effective communication with diverse groups

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service preferred

• Cash handling experience is desirable

• Knowledge of recreation software beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Must complete a Police Information Check
