Summary

Provide a warm and professional first point of contact for clients at the Oakridge Park boutique, managing arrival flow and setting expectations to ensure a seamless client experience. Support boutique operations during peak holiday periods by assisting with phone inquiries, message taking, and Cash and Wrap tasks to maximize client-facing time for the sales team. This full-time temporary role focuses on delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage boutique traffic to maintain service levels.
• Communicate wait times and in-boutique expectations to clients clearly and professionally.
• Assist at Cash and Wrap, including preparing stations and processing transactions accurately.
• Answer phones, document messages, and relay information to Fashion Advisors and management.
• Support boutique team members to maximize client-facing time and assist with ad hoc tasks as directed.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client service mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort handling multiple tasks and turning difficult situations into positive client experiences.
• Foreign language skills are an asset but not required.
