Here we grow again! Fresh Direct Produce is looking to expand our talented and energetic Part-time
Customer Service Rep
team! This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety, and is looking to use and increase their office experience in a busy and dynamic environment.
If you are a team player and are interested in learning and developing, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities include:- Data entry and updating of records in the company ERP systems and other workbook logs
- Inputting sales orders & assisting the Sales department in their off-work hours
- Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls, greeting customers and visitors
- Performing cashier functions and receiving payments
- Assisting other departments if needed
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
We offer a compensation package which includes a base salary of $19/hrand development opportunities.
