As a Member Engagement Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of customer service at Altea Active. This position focuses on creating positive experiences for members and guests through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Your ability to efficiently manage inquiries and provide detailed service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and address their questions
• Assist with appointments and day pass processing
• Keep the front lobby and cafe areas presentable
• Communicate across departments to enhance experiences
• Maintain accurate member records in CRM
Requirements:
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Certification in CPR/First Aid required
• Relevant education in health and fitness (asset)
• Background Check for employment
• Detail-oriented and organized approach required
