Your Role

As a Private Lifestyle Concierge
, you will be the dedicated point of contact for selected VIP clients. You will understand their individual preferences and expectations, develop tailored solutions and manage each request from the initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

This is not a traditional customer service role. We expect initiative, sound judgement and the ability to identify, curate and confidently present the right solution rather than simply offering a list of available options.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide highly discreet and professional personal support to discerning VIP clients.
• Understand individual client needs, including complex or unusual requests.
• Research, evaluate and present carefully selected solutions and recommendations.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, transfers, restaurant reservations, events, entertainment, gifts and bespoke experiences.
• Coordinate and communicate with international partners and premium service providers.
• Handle urgent and last-minute requests calmly and efficiently.
• Take responsibility for each request through to successful delivery.
• Build and maintain a trusted international network of partners and service providers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners where required.
• Maintain accurate records of relevant client information and preferences.
• Anticipate potential challenges and develop effective alternative solutions.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines exceptional service orientation, initiative, excellent communication skills and an intuitive understanding of discerning clients
.

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  , ideally in luxury hospitality, premium concierge services, luxury travel, private aviation, lifestyle management, high-end retail, event management, executive assistance or a comparable high-level client-facing environment.
• Native-level German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• A confident and polished manner, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a consistently solution- and results-oriented approach

• A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability and commitment to quality.
• The ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple complex or time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
• Strong research skills and an excellent eye for quality and detail.
• The ability to remain calm, resourceful and professional under pressure.
• The highest standards of discretion and integrity.
• Commercial awareness and confidence when negotiating with premium suppliers and partners.
• Strong digital skills and confidence using modern communication, research and organisational tools.
• Flexibility to handle occasional urgent requests outside standard business hours.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
