This full-time position involves working under the Customer Service Supervisor to provide guidance and resolve inquiries effectively. You will manage customer service processes for registrations, cancellations, and other requests while promoting Paragon's testing materials. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist test takers through email, chat, and phone inquiries

• Timely processing of customer requests and feedback

• Promote the delivery of tests and instructional materials

• Refine internal procedures for service excellence

• Track and report on customer interactions for improvement

Requirements:

• One year of customer service experience required

• Experience with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office

• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with tact

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• Availability for weekend work on a rotation basis
