Become a Customer Success Manager at Maximizer and enhance customer experiences through efficient onboarding and support. Focus on continuous process improvement within our Revenue Operations team.
Maximizer seeks a skilled Customer Success Manager to oversee the onboarding process and manage renewals for a select portfolio. With a backdrop of 3+ years in relevant experience, you’ll coordinate onboarding initiatives, ensuring satisfaction from kickoff to go-live.
Your role will involve liaising with various teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of automation and process optimizations
• Oversee customer onboarding from start to finish
• Manage renewals and product-related requests
• Monitor the Renewals/Customer Success inbox
• Maintain documentation for operational efficiencies
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in customer success or SaaS operations
• Strong project management abilities
• Excellent relationship-building skills with customers
• Detail-oriented with data management
• Experience with ticketing and CRM systems
Deliver exceptional customer support and optimize onboarding at Maximizer.
