Bilingual Client Services Specialist

We're hiring two Bilingual (English/French) Client Services Specialists to deliver exceptional, empathetic service to banking clients via phone and email. This is a client‑facing support role focused on authenticating clients, greeting professionally, answering product and account questions, guiding clients to the right resources, and closing calls effectively. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and admin or customer‑service experience.

Banking or credit‑union experience is an asset but not required; call‑centre experience is not necessary. College education or relevant certificates are acceptable. This role supports Peoples Group's Vancouver team in a hybrid setting, working from 8:00am–4:30pm (PST).

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer‑service or client‑support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office tools
• Quick learner with ability to absorb banking products, terminology, and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic, professional tone
• Team‑oriented mindset; comfortable collaborating in a supportive environment
