This role will put you at the forefront of client interactions, managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio while ensuring clients derive maximum value from Lightspeed’s solutions. You will maintain strong relationships, aligning customer goals with successful product adoption strategies to drive revenue through upsells and cross-sells.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the entire product lifecycle from onboarding to renewal

• Bridge communication between customers and internal teams

• Utilize health indicators and data insights for proactive customer engagement

• Develop strategies for customer retention and product usage

• Identify and close best-fit accounts in the marketplace

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• 5-7 years in Client Success or Account Management

• Multilingual skills in English and French are essential

• Strong problem-solving and strategic capabilities

• Successful track record in customer retention strategies
