Your role will focus on delivering a professional and streamlined service experience for customers.
As a Service Advisor with Jim Pattison Auto Group, you will be the main liaison for Service customers, helping to address their vehicle needs effectively. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys engaging with customers while closely collaborating with our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist Service customers with their inquiries
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
• Document vehicle issues on Repair Orders thoroughly
• Create detailed service quotes and secure approvals
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress
Requirements:
• Hold a valid BC Driver’s license with a clean record
• Prior experience in the automotive service field is a plus
• Knowledge of CDK One-Eighty software beneficial
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
