Welcome Oakridge Park visitors as a Gallery Host in Vancouver, using customer service and communication skills to create professional experiences.
Quad Real Property Group seeks a Host for the Oakridge Park Presentation Gallery. You will welcome guests, support sales staff, and help visitors understand the community. The position includes registration, light tours, presentation centre readiness, and purchaser direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Open and close the Presentation Centre as required
- Keep the gallery clean, organized, and presentable
- Welcome visitors and provide basic Oakridge Park information
- Conduct introductions or light tours when needed
- Register visitors and capture contact details accurately
- Hospitality, customer service, retail, or front-of-house experience preferred
- Comfort interacting with the public and handling inquiries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-focused, reliable, and punctual
- Weekend and peak-hour flexibility
