Temporary Scholarship Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer service from home while supporting scholarship callers through attentive listening and accurate answers. This full-time temporary assignment runs until April 3, 2027.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program. You will respond to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding-status questions. Your work helps ensure callers receive answers, remain satisfied, and complete student registration.

• Respond to incoming calls about student inquiries
• Answer scholarship application and funding-status questions
• Use probing questions to identify caller needs
• Provide solutions through active listening and accuracy
• Support satisfied callers and registered students

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Customer service experience and problem-solving drive
• Microsoft Office familiarity and reliable wired internet
