Testing Services Client Coordinator

Coordinate testing and inspection services in Vancouver through customer communication, scheduling, and precise records management. Work full-time on-site for SGS.

This Customer Service Representative supports clients and branch operations in the testing, inspection, and certification industry. Reporting to customer service and operations leadership, you will coordinate service requests, inspectors, laboratories, suppliers, and internal departments. Strong organization and communication support efficient delivery.

• Receive and communicate customer requests accurately and promptly
• Review instructions, work orders, quotations, pricing, and invoicing requirements
• Schedule inspectors, auditors, and field personnel for assignments
• Receive, label, log, and track customer samples
• Coordinate sample documentation and laboratory shipments

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development equivalent
• One to three years in administrative or customer service work
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Accurate data entry and documentation abilities
• Professional customer communication and routine problem-solving skills
