Support SAP Canada customers in Vancouver as a bilingual French Customer Engagement Associate with strong communication and business skills. This hybrid contract role serves British Columbia residents.
This four-month SAP Canada contract handles inbound customer and prospective-customer inquiries. You will use chat, phone, and email while researching SAP systems, qualifying leads, and routing requests. Strong customer support, business acumen, and software experience are sought.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound chats, phone calls, and emails
- Identify inquiry types and gather lead qualification information
- Enter leads into SAP CRM and marketing tools
- Profile leads and route them to appropriate teams
- Escalate potential issues promptly to management
- Bilingual French writing and speaking ability
- BBA, BComm, or BA degree minimum
- Excellent customer support and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and proficient MS Office skills
- British Columbia residency and hybrid work availability
