Manage SaaS customer success remotely across Canada with Bucket list Rewards, using relationship-building and platform adoption expertise. Drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
This intermediate Customer Success Manager contract lasts 13 months, with possible extension based on organizational needs and performance. You will support assigned customers using CRM software, customer success tools, health monitoring, and strategic recommendations. The role helps organizations maximize value from Bucket list’s rewards and recognition platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Product teams
- Recommend strategies that optimize Bucket list platform usage
- Monitor customer health and identify upsell opportunities
- Conduct QBRs and communicate delivered customer value
- At least three years’ Customer Success Manager experience
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM software and customer success tools proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and meet deadlines
