Support healthcare partnerships at Maple by coordinating bilingual client service, onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution across Canada.
As a Bilingual Client Success Coordinator, you will support Maple’s Channel Partnerships team and its growing B2B client network. You will manage partner inquiries, coordinate onboarding, prepare reports, and troubleshoot operational issues. The role works with Client Success Associates, Client Success Managers, and Key Account Managers. Your support helps partners receive timely, accurate assistance in English and French.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to partner questions and requests in English and French
- Coordinate onboarding communications, eligibility updates, and administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute accurate monthly partner reports
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex matters
- Maintain partner records across Salesforce, Missive, Confluence, and Asana
- At least one year of client-facing or similar experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Strong customer service instincts and problem-solving interest
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to priorities and follow-ups
- Curiosity about AI tools and repeatable processes
