Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% collections and higher (depending on experience)

• 24 hours per week
• 3 days only:
  Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Every week is a long weekend!

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or actively registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
• Open to candidates registered in other Canadian provinces
• 1-2 years Canadian practice experience preferred;
  new graduates welcome with mentorship support
• Excellence in patient communication and anxiety management
