Job Description

Join our established Vancouver dental practice with nearly 40 years of excellence serving the Lower Mainland and neighboring communities. We’re seeking a passionate Associate Dentist who values patient comfort and exceptional care to join our dedicated team.

Compensation

Associates are compensated on a fee‑for‑service basis, with remuneration starting from 35% – 43% of collections and higher (depending on experience).

Schedule

Part‑time position: 1+ days per week. Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (required). Additional weekdays available (optional), minimum 8 hours per week.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
  • Current registration and good standing with British Columbia licensing requirements (candidates registered in other Canadian provinces welcome to apply)
  • New graduates welcome – comprehensive mentorship provided
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
  • Commitment to patient comfort and creating positive dental experiences
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as needed
