Work‑life balance: full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Fabricate and prepare models & appliances: use 3D printing technology, create indirect bonding trays, manufacture Essix retainers, and fabricate other orthodontic appliances with precision and care.

Maintain lab equipment & cleanliness: polish and maintain instruments, oversee weekly and monthly maintenance of ultrasonic units, rag wheels, and plaster traps to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient lab environment.

Support clinical and lab operations: work alongside an experienced lab technician to assemble basic orthodontic appliances, complete minor repairs, prepare cases for external labs, and ensure all materials are ready for clinical use.

Manage inventory & documentation: track appliance fabrication, process supply orders, maintain organized records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth lab operations.

Collaborate with the team: work closely with clinical and administrative staff, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient orthodontic clinic environment.

About You

Previous experience in a lab or sterilization role is an asset; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Familiarity with infection control and sterilization protocols in a clinical setting is considered an asset.

Prior experience with wire bending for Hawley retainer fabrication is considered an asset.

Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly, with strong overall technical aptitude.

Friendly, clear communicator with a patient‑focused and team‑oriented approach.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
