In this specialist position, you will leverage five years of experience to implement the Light Force orthodontic system effectively. Your expertise will guide orthodontic teams through onboarding and integration, ensuring tailored clinical training and operational insights are delivered. Building strong relationships with doctors and staff is key to fostering trust and business growth within targeted practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical support to drive onboarding of Light Force
• Build influential relationships within orthodontic teams
• Deliver tailored training and presentations to enhance integration
• Collaborate with sales to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Manage onboarding training strategy and resources
Requirements:
• Clinical certification in dentistry or office management
• 5+ years in the orthodontic or dental industry
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada
• Recent chairside orthodontic experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
