Orthodontic Integration Specialist

Responsibilities
- Drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of Light Force’s orthodontic system in orthodontic practices.
- Apply clinical expertise and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic office processes, workflows, and sales strategy.
- Build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff.
- Perform customer assessments and create defined work paths for full adoption of Light Force system.
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to various customer types.
- Strategically work with sales and marketing to prioritize opportunities.
- Stay active with orthodontic organizations to keep abreast of trends.
- Utilize data/analytics to help customers drive decision making.
- Diagnose results and lead triage execution, communicating with leadership.
- Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.) and/or dental office management experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the related health industry (i.e orthodontic, dental, practice, etc.)
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel
- Recent Orthodontic chairside experience highly preferred
