This role focuses on the adoption of Light Force's orthodontic technology, requiring strong relationships with doctors and staff to facilitate implementation. You will assess customer needs, create adoption pathways, and provide comprehensive training to various practitioner types. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive onboarding and adoption of Light Force’s orthodontic system
• Apply clinical expertise in office processes and sales strategy
• Build influential relationships with office staff and doctors
• Assess customers and design effective work paths for system adoption
• Deliver clinical training and presentations to diverse client types
Requirements:
• Clinical certification in dentistry or office management experience
• 5+ years in related health industry experience
• Valid driver's license with travel capability
• Recent chairside orthodontic experience preferred
