Bel Canto Dental is seeking a passionate Dental Receptionist to enhance our team in our calming clinic environment. This part-time role requires 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Tracker Dental software, while also offering training for the right candidate. You will work Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, benefiting from our stellar location near the waterfront and ample parking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm welcome at the front desk

• Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings efficiently

• Handle patient inquiries and manage records accurately

• Ensure a smooth flow of office operations

• Assist with billing and insurance processing

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as a dental receptionist

• Proficient in Tracker Dental software preferred

• Secondary school education needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Available for 3 to 4 days a week
