Olympic Village seeks an enthusiastic Office Manager to innovate and enhance workflows at this dental practice as part of the 123
Dentist family. With a requirement of 2-5 years in dental administration, you will work collaboratively to implement effective solutions for patient interactions and front desk coordination.
Your role will center on maintaining high communication standards and professional patient privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement innovative methods to enhance patient care
• Optimize patient flow effectively throughout the practice
• Coordinate interactions between the front desk and dental professionals
• Oversee financial transactions and budget management
• Ensure patient privacy is maintained at all times
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in dental office management
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with dental terminology and processes essential
• Experience with Tracker or similar dental software a plus
• Customer service orientation and communication skills
