• Valid DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school and eligibility for licensure as a dentist in British Columbia.
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative treatments, extractions, and preventive care.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust across diverse patient populations.
• Commitment to high clinical standards, infection control protocols, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
• Comfort with using dental practice management software and digital charting; experience with digital imaging is an asset.
• Previous experience in a general or family dental practice is preferred; mentorship mindset and willingness to participate in continuing education are beneficial.
