Compensation Range $8,554.25 - $13,340.92 CAD Monthly

In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range for a job.

The Digital Solutions Senior Systems Programmer Analyst supports the Faculty of Medicine vision To Transform Health for Everyone as a senior individual contributor who provides advanced system-level technical leadership in the design, development, modernization and support of complex educational and administrative platforms and solutions for the Faculty of Medicine community. This role operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, leading technically complex initiatives that often span multiple systems, integrations or delivery teams.

The Senior Programmer Analyst contributes to system-level technical direction, implementation and long term sustainability for assigned platforms, while remaining focused on hands on delivery and system ownership. The role does not carry faculty wide architectural accountability. Our team is proud to say we help build medical doctors and health professionals!
