You will support Clinic Managers by driving excellence in patient experience and team performance. Your strong background in multi-site healthcare management will support strategic planning and operational improvements throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Clinic and Office Managers to excel
• Establish clear operational strategies and performance metrics
• Ensure high-quality care standards and regulatory compliance
• Analyze performance indicators to enhance operations
• Facilitate the integration of new clinics
Requirements:
• Proven track record in multi-site management, ideally in dental
• Relevant Bachelor's degree is an asset
• Strong leadership and operational execution skills
• Proven ability in financial management and analysis
• Willingness to travel across the region frequently
