** THE TEAM
** The mission of the Technical Design Department is to translate conceptual designs into actionable blueprints that meet customer demand.
** THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Technical Designer/Technical Designer, you will manage the team to successfully translate beautiful, high-quality collections, from the creative team vision to the Reigning Champ manufacturing team.

** THE ROLE
** As the Senior Technical Designer/Technical Designer, you will:
* Identify upcoming trends in style details
* Design the style details for the line
* Create actionable blueprints that ensure the style executes on the creative vision
* Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

** THE COMPENSATION
** The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$130,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. This position may be eligible for bonus.
