Your new role
You will be overseeing technicallyplex mixed use high rise construction projects as well as carrying out the construction process paperwork handling, including but not limited to RFIs, Submittals and Schedules. You will be dealing with Contract Document Drawings and Specifications while maintaining favorable working relationships with Consultants, Contractors and all other team members. In this role you will be performing on-site observations and produce field reports,pletion inspections/determination with list of deficiencies and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.In addition, you may be required to participate in the production of building permit and construction drawings.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Architecture or in another related field. Have proficient knowledge of the BCBC and the VBBL. You will be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel and Microsoft Word. The successful candidate will have minimum 8-10 years + local experience and have experience working on Highrise projects. You will also have excellent interpersonal,munication and time management skills.What you'll get in return
