Your new role

Working and collaborating with the team, you will be working in a great-friendly/family-orientated office. You will be part of a creative team environment. It’s a relaxed work place that enjoys socializing and social activities. The projects you will be working on will be design focused with a high level of technical ability. The successful applicant will be able to grow and develop with thepany.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience. Be technically savvy, proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, and have a good solid interest and ability in drawing and detailing. You will have experience with preparation drawings, consultant coordination, and liaising with clients and authorities. The successful candidate should also have a good knowledge of BCBC and VBBL.

You will also have experience with mixed-use/residential high-rise and low-rise projects.
