You'll work closely with clients and your team, providing mentorship and sharing knowledge to ensure project excellence. Collaborative efforts will be key in shaping integrated design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee 2D and 3D conceptual designs

• Foster relationships with clients and industry professionals

• Produce collaborative construction documents

• Guide and motivate team members towards cohesive solutions

• Engage in strategic business development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field

• 5+ years of design experience including business development

• Expertise in Revit and other relevant design software

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Passion for design and teamwork
