Position: Technical Supervisor for Animated Features

In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of animated feature productions. Collaborating with directors and supervisors, you’ll translate creative concepts into actionable technical plans. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of complex projects while mentoring Associate Technical Supervisors and working towards continuous pipeline improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the technical strategy for productions

• Address complex issues across departments

• Collaborate with project managers on technical scoping

• Prioritize mentorship for technical team alignment

• Proactively share technology plans with production teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years supervising large-scale animation or VFX projects

• Deep understanding of rendering processes and animation pipelines

• Proficient in Python and various DCC software

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
