• Mentor designers through feedback and design reviews
Requirements:
• 10+ years of UI/visual design experience
• 2+ years of leading design initiatives
• Expertise in design systems and scalable frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping skills
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
