Elevate workplace design with Pavilion Cowork as a Senior Interior Designer focused on FF&E and Procurement. Create engaging and functional environments within our hospitality-driven office spaces.
In this senior role, you will plan, design, source, and style Pavilion locations while contributing to Alabaster's multiplex residential projects. Ideal candidates will bring over 8 years of workplace design experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering projects from concept to completion. Your work will directly impact creating inspiring and professional office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop floor plans and space planning studies
• Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Coordinate with external design and architecture consultants
• Manage installations ensuring design intent is met
• Lead styling and staging for coworking environments
Requirements:
• 8+ years of interior design experience
• Strong background in corporate workplace design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with budget management and procurement
• Eligible to work in Canada
