This Intermediate Interior Designer role supports the Design team in Metro Vancouver. You'll engage in projects related to residential development, drawing production, and material library management. Experience hands-on design tasks, from concept to completion, while helping furnish and stage multiplex developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers on project coordination

• Update drawing packages, floor plans, and presentation materials

• Organize and maintain material library and finish samples

• Assist in research, product sourcing, and specification documentation

• Support contract administration for on-going projects

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of interior design experience required

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of Vancouver real estate market is a plus
