Your new role

Reporting directly to the Principals, the Marketing & Proposal Specialist will lead the firm’s marketing,munications, and business development pursuits. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for overseeing the full proposal lifecycle while helping shape and execute overall marketing strategy.
You will research and identify new project opportunities, manage RFQs, RFPs, and RFEOIs from start to finish, and coordinate closely with Principals, Directors, consultants, and external stakeholders. In parallel, you will createpelling written and graphic content, manage digital platforms, oversee marketing assets, and help strengthen the firm’s industry profile through awards, publications, and thought leadership initiatives.
This role is central to positioning the practice in the market, supporting continued growth, and ensuring all externalmunications reflect the firm’s design excellence and core values.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5 years of experience leading marketing and proposal efforts within architecture, design, engineering, or professional services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and marketing initiatives under tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, andmunication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Strong graphic sensibility with experience producing visuallypelling materials
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset
  • Background or strong interest in architecture and the built environment
  • Demonstrated experience with social media strategy, award submissions, and press engagement
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with confidence working alongside senior leadership
