Your work will encompass permit and construction documentation, along with consultant coordination and technical detailing. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed permit and IFC drawing packages with Revit

• Develop coordinated construction documentation for custom homes

• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and other consultants

• Review zoning bylaws and municipal development guidelines

• Ensure compliance with BCBC and VBBL regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years in high-end residential project experience

• Proficient in Revit with documentation experience
