We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with over eight years of experience, particularly in Commercial Tenant Improvements. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and have completed the NCIDQ certification. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee multiple Tenant Improvement projects
• Define and establish project goals with clients
• Deliver compelling presentations showcasing designs
• Create 3D models for clear design communication
• Recommend finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that meet project criteria
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Commercial Tenant Improvement design
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
• NCIDQ certification and Registered Interior Designer status
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
