Position: Architectural Design Co-op with HDR
Transform your architectural education into practice with HDR as a Design Co-op in Vancouver, beginning September 2026. This full-time role blends design development and collaboration with experienced professionals.

As a pivotal part of the architectural design team, you'll engage with Architects and Project Managers while supporting innovative design processes. Strong skills in Revit and open studio teamwork will be key to your success.

This role offers a rich learning experience while reinforcing HDR’s commitment to employee engagement in the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform design assignments under professional supervision

• Engage in the architectural design process and graphic production

• Assist in developing construction drawings with production staff

• Collaborate on design models and technical details

• Fulfill additional relevant duties as needed

Requirements:

• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in architecture

• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with Revit and model-making techniques

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
