We seek a Senior Interior Designer with over eight years of commercial design experience focused on Tenant Improvements. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program and successful NCIDQ completion are required. The role involves extensive collaboration with clients and architects, ensuring that every project meets high standards of creativity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct multiple Tenant Improvement and design projects

• Work with clients to determine project goals

• Prepare engaging presentations to communicate design ideas

• Produce 3D models that convey design intent

• Research and recommend appropriate project materials and furnishings

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience in Tenant Improvement design

• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

• NCIDQ certification and RID registration required

• Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong capability in project management and documentation
