Position: Associate Supervisor in Animation Technology at Netflix
Be a key player in animation technology as an Associate Supervisor at Netflix Animation Studios. Support the creative process through a hybrid work model focused on technical problem-solving.

In this role, you'll collaborate with the Technical Supervisor and a range of departments to oversee the technical aspects of the Performance Pipeline. Your focus will be on refining tools and workflows, ensuring that artists can meet their creative goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide technical support for animation and layout departments

• Optimize workflows to meet visual and technical challenges

• Collaborate on tool development for enhanced artist productivity

• Track project timelines and manage development tasks

• Communicate effectively with teams on project needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in pipeline TD roles

• Strong technical skills including Python and familiarity with DCCs

• Understanding of production tracking tools and Agile methodology

• Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively

• Degree in a relevant field such as Animation or Engineering
