Architect AIBC Position

Elevate your architectural career with AECOM as an Architect AIBC in Vancouver, BC. This hybrid role requires strong technical expertise and effective communication skills.

AECOM is looking for an Architect AIBC or Intern Architect AIBC for a newly created position. You will engage in document review, inter‑disciplinary coordination, and the development of architectural plans and specifications. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations while leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review architectural plans and technical documents

• Ensure designs meet local codes and AECOM standards

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and client interactions

• Proactively identify improvements in processes and procedures

• Independently complete assignments with general guidance

Requirements:

• University Degree in Architecture and 4 years' experience

• AIBC registration as Architect or Intern Architect

• Proficiency in REVIT, BIM, and Adobe Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Building and Places is a plus
