Join Kabam as a Lead UX Designer, where you will innovate player-centered experiences in a full-time, on-site role in Downtown Vancouver. Lead a team while directly contributing to design, ensuring top-quality outcomes at every stage.

In this player-coach position, you'll mentor UI, Technical UI, and UX Designers on a successful mobile title. Your hands-on approach will guide the team through design challenges while balancing live features and seasonal content. Your strong communication skills will enable you to present design intent to stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own significant design projects as a hands-on contributor

• Define and drive UX outcomes for features

• Mentor UI and UX Designers through collaboration

• Balance new work against ongoing live service demands

• Present design impacts and communicate effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8+ years in UI/UX or Product Design

• Strong portfolio with human-centered design examples

• Experienced in mobile free-to-play game design

• Expert in Figma and Adobe Suite

• Deep understanding of player motivations and needs
