Elevate user experience as a Full Cycle Product Designer in a hybrid model, focusing on marketplace products. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs that meet user needs.
In this role, you’ll handle the complete design lifecycle—from concept through to final UI delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming complex workflows into beautiful designs for high-impact products. You will also contribute to evolving a design system that scales effectively with product growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the entire design lifecycle including prototyping
• Translate complex user needs into streamlined interfaces
• Collaborate with various team members for design scoping
• Create effective wireframes and prototypes for visual clarity
• Maintain visual and functional consistency in designs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Solid interaction design knowledge
• Comfortable in a startup environment, working autonomously
